Microcephaly: Zika virus or Pyriproxyfen?

Is there any substance in the theory that it is the larvicide Pyriproxyfen that is the cause of the surge in microcephaly in Argentina and Brazil, and not the Zika virus?

Given there was a considerable outbreak of Zika Virus in Tahiti which resulted in elevated cases of Microcephaly, and Pyriproxyfen is not used [Please insert citation for this. (Archangel)], it may be difficult to establish a link?
